Since 2004, the usergroup.com.au website has been a free resource of business and bookkeeping information, including handy web links and usergroup workshop worknotes.  During the past few years, we have held some 200+ free workshops for Business Owners, MYOB Certified Consultants, Accounting-Professionals and Self-Employed Bookkeepers which have clearly identified what help is needed on the shop floor in a practical sense to help everyone do their job responsibly.  To date, the workshops have fundamentallyaddressed the Microsoft^® Operating Systems, Microsoft Office^® and Windows^® software applications and primarily focused on the MYOB^® Accounting software, including related hardware and peripherals.

In this fast moving world of information overload and adapting to constant changes we are totally committed of providing and developing practical solutions for micro, small and medium sized entities to quickly find resources for relevant business management, compliance and alsoday-to-day bookkeeping needs.  In our future role of a not-for-profit foundation, we are looking very much forward to maintaining this web site with lots of practical information and this will be a work-in-progress until we get it right.
